At Adventure Awaits, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery - giving you peace of mind and flexibility when shopping with us.

2. How to Make a Return
To return an item:

Please include a copy of your order or proof of purchase inside the package.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Item must be in re-saleable condition.

Custom or personalised items (where noted) may not be eligible for return - this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Squishy & Stretchy Product Disclaimer
Certain products sold on our website, including squishy, stretchy and sensory toys, are designed to be soft, flexible and manipulated during play. Due to the nature of the materials used in these products, their lifespan may vary significantly depending on the level and style of use.
While these products are manufactured to be durable, they are not indestructible. Excessive squeezing, stretching, twisting, puncturing, biting, chewing, or contact with sharp objects may cause damage or breakage.
Customers acknowledge that the expected lifespan of these items may range from a short period of use through to extended use depending on handling. For this reason, Adventure Awaits is unable to offer refunds, replacements or returns for squishy or stretchy products that have broken, burst or otherwise failed after use.
These products are not recommended for children who may bite, chew or attempt to ingest the contents, and appropriate supervision is advised.
We recommend contacting the product manufacturer or brand directly for further assistance, as they may be able to provide guidance or support under their own product policies.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your return:
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different size or colour) or store credit:
Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
6. Return Costs
Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
