After saying goodbye to our beloved Harry, our loyal companion of 12 years, our hearts were broken. Harry was more than just a pet - he was family, a shop mascot, and our camping sidekick. Though he didn't quite get the chance to meet his new sister, Mia the Groodle, we like to think he passed the torch. Mia, with her floppy ears and joyful zoomies, has brought so much sweetness and light into our lives. Here are some grooming habits we now follow with Mia (and wish we did with Harry earlier):

Different breeds = different needs, but brushing 2–3 times a week helps reduce shedding, prevent matting, and is a great bonding activity.

Use warm water, dog-safe shampoo, and rinse thoroughly. Mia loves a post-bath cuddle in a fluffy towel - we love not smelling like wet fur.
💉 3. Nail Care
If you hear tapping on floors, it’s time for a trim. Ask your groomer or vet for advice if you’re unsure.
🌿 4. Eyes, Ears & Teeth
We wipe Mia’s eyes gently with warm water and use a vet-approved ear cleaner monthly. Dental chews and brushing help keep that puppy breath at bay!
