Shaun Lynch started Dog & Gun Coffee in 2019 with a pretty straightforward mission: camp coffee was rubbish, and he reckoned he could do better. So he learned to roast, bought an expensive glorified oven, and started making proper coffee for people who'd rather be chasing adventures than sitting behind a desk.
We stocked it because we felt exactly the same way.
