the plastic cubes seem to warm up (& thaw out) quite fast. They definitely don't chill drinks as well as the metal cubes or like actual ice.

I bought the Reusable Ice Cubes to take camping. They are a great option when you don’t have access to ice for drinks, especially for an extra cold glass of wine.
