🖌 About the Artist – Taylor-Lee
A proud young Kungadidji woman from the southern Gold Coast, Taylor-Lee is an up-and-coming Indigenous artist with a passion for surfing, skating, and painting. Her art often features ocean themes, blue tones, and boho pastels.
In 2023, her Naidoc Week design was one of six highly commended pieces chosen by the Queensland Government, and she went on to win the Young, Black & Proud Scholarship for her art. Under the name Ochre Sisters, she creates and sells artworks alongside her younger sister, celebrating culture and creativity.
