How to Use

1. Open an individual pouch

2. Unfold the eye mask and allow it to begin gently warming

3. Place the loops over your ears and rest the mask over your eyes

4. Lie back and relax

5. Once warmed, you can gently pull the mask down over your nose and breathe in the comforting vanilla scent

The mask gradually warms as the iron particles meet oxygen in the air and stays at a comfortable temperature for a minimum of 20 minutes.
